You can create 2 types of email redirections:
- Account level redirection: allows you to redirect email@example.com to firstname.lastname@example.org
- Domain level redirection: following the above example all mail sent to any user on @myname123.com would be redirected to that user on @mydomain123.com, for example email@example.com would be redirected to firstname.lastname@example.org

1 - Access your Hosting Panel
Just follow instruccions of How to access your Hosting Panel.
2 - Click on Email Redirection
Look for and click on Email Redirection icon.
3 - Create a redirection
It's really easy: if you want to redirect all mail received on email@example.com to firstname.lastname@example.org, just fill the fields as you see:
