Restart creating a restart.txt file

The secod method to restart an application is usually more convenient, as it only requires to create or update a file named restart.txt that must be located in the tmp folder of you Ruby application.

In other words: if your applications root folder is /home/username/ruby/myapp you must create or update the file /home/username/ruby/myapp/tmp/restart.txt

You can do so using SSH, FTP or other deployment utilities such as Capistrano. Just access your account using SSH and excecute:

cd /home/username/ruby/myapp
touch tmp/restart.txt
